Hi, I'm Kylie, a registered psychologist with a special interest in chronic illness, trauma, anxiety, and adjustment. I also live with Mast Cell Disorder — so I understand, firsthand, the physical, emotional, and everyday complexities that come with managing a rare and unpredictable condition.

Through evidence-based approaches, warmth, and real-world insight, I work with clients navigating life’s challenges — whether you're facing health-related distress, burnout, relationship issues, or just feeling overwhelmed.

If you’re looking for a psychologist who truly gets it — both professionally and personally — I’d be honoured to support you.

I'm pleased to share that I have now commenced a Clinical Psychology Registrar Program with AHRPA, alongside being a Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.

This marks an exciting next step in my journey as a psychologist, continuing my training and development in the area of clinical psychology while supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through evidence-based assessment and therapy.

Thank you to those who’ve supported me so far—I look forward to continuing this work with care, curiosity, and compassion.

You are not alone.

Living with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) can be challenging, not just physically but also mentally. While POTS primarily affects the autonomic nervous system, its impact—chronic fatigue, dizziness, brain fog, and unpredictable symptoms—can take a toll on mental health, often leading to anxiety, depression, and frustration.

Psychology can play a crucial role in supporting people with POTS by helping manage the emotional burden, addressing anxiety around symptom flares, and developing coping strategies to improve daily functioning. Therapy may also assist with pacing, adjusting to lifestyle changes, and navigating the medical system.

At Inflori Psychology, we are POTS-aware and understand the unique challenges of living with this condition. We can provide compassionate support tailored to your needs, supporting you to build confidence in managing day-to-day challenges. You're not alone—help is available.
