I call myself a Mind + Body Healing Coach for this realities reference to gather an idea of whatā€™s involved in working with me..but the truth is I really donā€™t like the word ā€˜Healingā€™ it implies thereā€™s something broken.

This isnā€™t about bypassing what youā€™re feeling, your challenges or your past. Itā€™s actually about facing those things head on, being totally present with your pain. Sitting with the anger, resentment, depression etc with zero judgement, zero fight, and zero force. Thatā€™s true healing.

Itā€™s about dropping into the perfection of all your emotions, itā€™s about dropping into the homeostasis of your soul.
