This Friday 26th September will be the screening of “When the Dust Settles”- a documentary produced by The Outback Mind Foundation to bring much needed awareness to men’s mental health, particularly in the bush.

This information sheet will be distributed on the night- it provides a list of resources you can access at your own fingertips, both for general mental health and specifically for men. However, if you are concerned or even unsure of your mental health please speak with your GP — they can help you access the most appropriate support and treatment/therapy.
