My biggest shift in developing my abilities was experiencing the power of a protection prayer.

As a child I always prayed, especially when spirit would visit. It brought me a feeling of safety.

Somehow into my adulthood, I forgot about its importance and how rewarding it had been for me.

I now regularly practice a prayer of protection. Clearing this negativity is so important for bringing you balance & harmony.

The weight that lifts is instant. A feeling of protection and security. No fears, just knowing you are loved by those around you, here and in spirit.

If your feeling like life is giving you challenges or people are being unkind to you. Just say a little protection prayer to yourself and for your loved ones. Picture a beautiful white light around you, not allowing anything in but love and light.

Archangel Michael is the Angel of protection and can help assist you with anything that maybe causing worry. Here is a prayer that is similar to mine. You can use this or make it, to suit what you need.
