Self-love isn’t just about prioritising our wellbeing — it’s also about making peace with ourselves.🕊️
Many of us carry parts of our past that we wish we could forget — moments filled with shame, disappointment, guilt, abandonment, anger, or sadness. Parts of ourselves we dislike, regret, or even reject.
But true self-love means embracing those difficult memories. It’s about accepting our flaws, our past choices — even the ones that felt out of our control — and understanding that they are all part of our journey.
These moments shape who we are. Without our past, there would be no present — and no path forward.
Wholeness comes from remembering that every version of us matters. We are not separate from who we once were.
