We're Hiring!

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated person to work in a dual role as a Disability Employment Consultant / Support Worker. This exciting role involves a combination of remote and in-person appointments, so the successful candidate must be located in Sydney and willing to travel to various suburbs, including (but not limited to) Bondi Junction, Waverley, Sans Souci, Kingsford, and Hillsdale.

Today we celebrate our one-year anniversary! 🎉

Over the past year, we've transformed from a vision into a community dedicated to empowering individuals through inclusive initiatives and support.

Our director, Sarlie, created Victory Beyond Vision after experiencing the lack of career support for people with vision impairments. In 2023, we expanded our mission and became Victory Through Ability, helping people with all disabilities secure meaningful work and gain independence.

Over the past year, we have successfully secured clients in meaningful jobs, including recovery support work and retail sales positions.

We have also hosted workshops teaching valuable skills to individuals with various disabilities, boosting their job readiness and confidence. Participant feedback rated the workshop a resounding success.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this incredible journey. Your support and belief in our mission make all the difference. Here's to many more years of victories and achievements together! 🥂

March is Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month, and we're excited to share the success story of our client, Ashlyn. This month is dedicated to breaking down social and physical barriers in society for people with Cerebral Palsy, and Ashlyn exemplifies this mission.

By working with Victory Through Ability, Ashlyn secured employment as a Recovery Support Worker. Victory Through Ability assisted Ashlyn in completing a targeted job search, preparing for interviews, and supporting her during the employment onboarding process.
