This full-time role (38 hours/week) offers an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team of support workers, ensuring high-quality services for our participants. At ACS, we believe in independence, self-confidence, and empowering our clients to live their best lives!
💼 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience with the NDIS scheme (2 years minimum)
✔️ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
✔️ Knowledge of disability services policies and standards
✔️ Empathy, attention to detail, and excellent time management
✔️ Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Disability, or related fields
✔️ Current driver’s license, first aid certification, and NDIS worker screening
