Noticing pain during prolonged periods of screen time whilst seated?
Here are some tips we like to give our clients to reduce pain due to poor posture.
1. Eye position should be level to the top of the monitor
2. Ensure straight back & neck
3. Ensure shoulders are relaxed and parallel to the floor
4. Ensure wrists are in a neutral position
5. Ensure knees are over toes and feet are flat on the ground
