These attractive table decorations are made from low-cost cups and saucers obtainable at thrift stores and discount stores.

Bond the cups to the saucers with epoxy or super glue. Arrange the flowers and cut to size, before adding plaster of Paris to the cup.
Blend plaster according to directions on package, pour into cups, and before it hardens, place attractive silk flowers into the plaster, allow to set.

You will then have lovely centrepieces for special events 🥰

Decoration Yarn / String and glue balls

These would make lovely decorations hanging from ceiling for a party or Christmas etc.

They are a bit messy to make but it is an activity most people could manage and the result is fantastic.

Directions:
Blow up the balloon until it's slightly smaller than your fist. Tie the end of the cotton string to the end of the balloon.

Thin the glue slightly with water and place the string in a bowl and cover with glue.

Begin wrapping the string vertically around the balloon.
When 3/4 of the balloon is covered vertically, begin wrapping the string horizontally.
To change direction, wrap the string around the tied-off end of the balloon.

Continue until the balloon is wrapped completely. The more layers of string the sturdier your ball will be.

Leave a longer piece of string to use to hang your ornament and allow to dry for several hours or overnight before popping the balloon
