✨ Too Much Woman? No—Just the Right Amount. ✨

Last Friday, I had the pleasure of attending an incredible International Women's Day (IWD) event hosted by the super-connector, Oksana Koriakova. Oksana curated a gathering that was not only inspiring but also thought-provoking.

At first, I wasn’t sure what the event’s theme: "Too Much Woman" meant. However, after the event Oksana shared a poem with us "Too Much Woman", and I came to understand its profound message.

How often have women been told they are too much—too sensitive, too emotional, too loud, too bold, too ambitious? Which can lead to us doubting ourselves, our intuition (that keeps us safe) or "dimming out light". The truth is, these qualities are not weaknesses; they are our strengths.

Our emotions bring depth, our voices spark change, and our ambition paves the way for progress.

This theme beautifully aligns with the broader message of IWD 2025: "For ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment." It’s a powerful reminder that when women are empowered to embrace their full selves—unapologetically and authentically—the world benefits.

But ultimately, this is not about women or men being in control—it’s about moving forward together, side by side. True progress happens when we uplift and support each other, creating a world where equality is not a competition, but a shared vision.

I love witnessing how the world is evolving as we continue to raise awareness, challenge outdated norms, and create more spaces where women can step into their power with confidence. 💜

A huge thank you to Oksana for bringing such an empowering theme to life. Here’s to celebrating and uplifting women—not just on IWD, but every day.

Gratitude is a beautiful energy that you can consciously build in your life. It's impossible to feel grateful and unhappy at the same time.

When we focus our minds on the things we are grateful for, it literally creates "good vibes" in our bodies. We feel good as we are switching on our feel-good hormones such as serotonin, that nurture and nourish our body.

What are you grateful for today?

The rhythm of life is a beautiful thing.

No matter what happened yesterday, daylight follows darkness, and this is day is a new day of opportunities.

Valentine's Day is about romance, but also a wonderful reminder that love is our natural state of being. It is easy to become disconnected from our natural state due to the challenges of life, or stress or overwhelm, creeping in.

Do you need to do to reconnect to your natural state and if so what are the steps you need to take to strengthen your connection?

Every day is a gift. It is easy to get caught up in the day-to-day busyness and not connect with the people who are important to us.

We don't usually regret the good things we do in life but we can regret the important things that we don't do, such as letting someone know how much they mean to us.

Expressing our love and gratitude to the people we care about invites connection and good feelings.

Not only on Valentine's Day but as part of the way we are.

Our true nature is love and living as an expression of that means we are "in the flow".
