I need your help….

Homelessness is real, it’s devastating and it could happen to anyone of us and our loved ones at any stage through our lifetime.

For those of you that know me, i am extremely passionate about people, adversity and every person having the opportunity in life to be seen, heard, loved, safe and to have the same chances we all have.

Every night, thousands of Australians experience homelessness. But it doesn’t have to be that way. This year I’m taking part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout to raise money for the St Vincent de Paul Society to support Australians in need. For one night on 20 June 2024, I’ll be sleeping outside as part of an eye-opening experience to raise awareness and bring home the realities of homelessness.

To help break the devastating cycle of homelessness, I need your support. Will you help me to reach my target? Donating can make a huge difference to people who need it most.

Hi! My name is Anastasia and My focus and determination is to bring happy back to the workplace.

The formal ‘About Me’ is:

I am the CEO of Pure Insights: A Corporate EAP Provider, Employee Wellbeing, Mental Fitness and Training company. I am passionate about increasing awareness and education around workplace wellbeing and Bringing Happy Back.

I have built a reliable reputation for results with my down-to-earth, highly practical approach to problem solving; employee engagement and happiness in the workplace while achieving milestone outcomes for my clients. I have spent more than 13 years advising and mentoring executives and employees across a diverse range of industries in the areas of workplace engagement, wellbeing, morality, staff retention and productivity backed by her vision to bring happiness back into the workplace, grow people and their potential for greatness.

My company has achieved consistent growth over the last decade in Employee Assistance Program niches, both in private and public sectors, largely due to the quality of my counsellors, mediators and trainers who have aligned with my vision.

I am also a mum of 3 beautiful children and wife to a wonderful husband.

However, what I really want to say is that I am fed up with a lot of the BS that goes on in corporate and businesses when it comes to employees and management of staff.

I believe that in order to have a happy and effective workplace, we need to have things in place to make that happen, which is where transformation occurs from the inside out.

I know that if your staff are stressed or have something going on in their life, they need help. We WANT them to use the EAP programs, provided they are fully integrated into the business.

Let’s change the face of workplaces forever by encouraging our staff to access the help that they need, so that we can thrive.
