Lisa used to check the mirror 10 times a day.⁣

How Lisa got to the root cause of her anxiety 🧠⁣

Lisa thought she was just “stressed.”⁣

When you don’t have to…⁣
… wake up scratching every night⁣

The root cause of Lisa's anxiety (that was driving her eczema)⁣

Lisa’s allergist told her it was just allergies.⁣
Avoid this. Take that. Try to manage it.⁣

But Lisa knew it was more than skin deep.⁣

“Stress and anxiety was just my norm, it was just how I lived. ⁣

I was more stressed because none of it worked”⁣

A bit about me..

My journey into the world of Nutrition and Natural Medicine stemmed from a lifetime of suffering with eczema and gut issues. I used every steroid cream and natural cream under the sun with no long-term improvement. Then a trip overseas triggered the most horrendous gut issues, triggered more food intolerances and my eczema flared to the worse it’s been.

After seeing numerous doctors and dermatologists with no resolution, I felt frustrated and alone. I started investigating natural remedies and learnt first hand the connection between food, gut health and eczema.

This plus my passion for food and helping people led me to studying a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine. During this time I started Goodness on the Go ready made meals and started working with gyms.

Through personal and clinical experience I developed the Love Your Guts, Love Your Skin. This program helps people with digestive symptoms and eczema find relief so they can feel comfortable and confident in their skin.
