At Earth Fire Water Massage I aim to prioritise the health and safety of our clients, their families and of course me and my own family.

At this time, our operations continue as normal.

We will continue to follow the advice of the Department of Health and we may provide updates to you as they affect your appointment/interaction with us.

Appropriate measures and existing protocols are in place. This includes using prevention measures, communication and not taking appointments with any person with cold or flu-like symptoms.
Any clients who feel unwell are advised to cancel their appointment ( at no cost) and seek appropriate medical care/advice.

Cleaning of surfaces continues as per usual, with already strict hygiene practices in the clinic, as well as extra cleaning of high contact areas.

We would encourage our clients to have good respiratory hygiene, including covering your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing, coughing into a flexed elbow, disposing of tissues and washing your hands rigorously (for at least 20 seconds) with soap or alcohol-based rubs.
