As this year comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on just how much has shifted.

It’s been a year of new routines and finding a different rhythm — learning how to move through life as a mum of two while holding a small business with care. Trusting a new flow. Releasing old ways of doing things. Surrendering to a different version of small business life - At times, simply being in survival mode and letting that be enough.

It’s also been a year of welcoming a beautiful new team of therapists, each finding their place in our community and being met with such warmth and support. Watching them grow, connect and establish themselves has been one of the quiet joys of this year.

We’ve welcomed fresh faces into our massage family too — new energy filling our space so we can continue to grow, evolve and serve.

As I look ahead, I feel hopeful that 2026 will ignite new intentions and open new paths of opportunity. I’ll be stepping into a stronger leadership role — for my team, community and for my family. A new year invites new goals, and curiosity feels ready to be reborn.

Thank you to every single person who walked into this healing space this year. To those who showed up in ways big and small, and who helped me keep going on the days I wanted to quietly step away.

I am very much here — stepping up with confidence and a renewed sense of purpose for my community, my incredible team, and most importantly, my beloved family.

A huge thank you to Kate for all the care, kindness and support she’s brought to Aroma Zen this past year.

Her warm smile, friendly face and calming presence at reception have meant so much to our team and to every client who walked through our doors. She has such a beautiful way of making people feel welcome and at ease — and that will truly be missed.

As Kate steps into a new adventure and career journey, we send her so much love and gratitude. You’ll always be part of our AZT family, and I’m so thankful our paths crossed some many years ago.

Hello December!
The final chapter of the year is here, and it’s a beautiful moment to pause, breathe and celebrate. Grateful for everything 2025 has brought us — a growing team, seamless teamwork, and the privilege of supporting our community on their wellness and movement journeys.
