A special day here at Carlyle Gardens as residents enjoyed an exclusive first look at the brand-new independent living villas. It was a wonderful chance for everyone to get a closer look at the discreet age friendly design features, quality finishes and contemporary layouts before we welcome new residents into our beachside community. It was such a joy to show them around.

Our Community Centre is a great place for connecting with like-minded people. With numerous activities happening daily, there is something for everyone. We have such a thriving Art Group who meet weekly, enjoying each other's company, sharing morning tea and creating wonderful pieces of art.

We’re excited to celebrate a major moment for our Carlyle Gardens community – Stage 1 of the village expansion is now complete.

Alongside 6 new independent living villas, this milestone includes the refreshed Community Centre – a space that plays a central role in village life and brings residents together for activities, events and everyday connection.

Stage 1 is the first of four stages planned for completion this year. Once all stages are finished, Carlyle Gardens will grow to 332 villas, welcoming new neighbours while continuing to build on the strong sense of community that already exists.

You may already have noticed improvements to shared spaces around the village, including enhanced outdoor areas and the return of the much-loved community garden.

Thank you to our residents for your patience, support and involvement in reaching this milestone. As we look ahead, we’re excited to welcome new residents and continue building on the strong, connected community that defines this village – one shaped by shared experiences, neighbourly support and a genuine sense of belonging.

Our tradies go above and beyond for our residents, we are so grateful to them all for their work. Our painter is also a snake catcher, he so kindly caught this snake while at a unit painting today. Have a great weekend everyone, be mindful of wildlife when you're out and about.

A fabulous evening was had by all at this week's Pizza Night. Thank you to our Social Committee for making it a wonderful occasion. It was our first experience at Line Dancing, everyone had such a great time and the Pizza's were awesome indeed.
