So grateful we now have a laundromat in the main street of Bargara! 🧺
Perfect timing—my washing machine decided to stop working, and while I’m waiting for it to be fixed, I’ve been heading down here (right next door to the bakery 🍞).

They’ve got the big machines too—great for blankets and winter doonas this time of year! Thought I’d share in case anyone else is in the same boat 🙌

I was so fortunate to have one of my beautiful clients bring me a salad one day — she often makes healthy things when she visits (you know who you are 💚) and I’m so grateful!

I just had to share it because it’s become my new favourite — I even prep a few days ahead now, and my husband loves it too!

The trick is to chop everything up nice and fine (hers is way more finely chopped than mine, but it still tastes amazing 😄). Right before serving, sprinkle over pepitas and sunflower seeds for that extra crunch.

I also like to add a chopped fresh date for a little sweetness — it just brings everything together beautifully.
