I woke up this morning thinking about my father and missing him a bit more than usual today.

It got me thinking, a lot of us probably have someone on our mind right now too. Someone we still talk about, think about, love and carry with us every day.

If you’re missing someone and feel like sharing, you’re welcome to pop a photo, a few words or even just their name in the comments.

And if today is more of a quiet remembering day for you, that’s perfectly okay too.

Later tonight, I’ll be lighting a candle in honour of all the names and photos shared below.

Just a gentle space to remember and honour the people we love and will always remember x

❤️ Heart attacks don’t always look the same, especially for women.

Chest pain is common, but many women experience less obvious warning signs that are often mistaken for stress, indigestion, or fatigue. Knowing the difference can save a life.

If something doesn’t feel right, trust your instincts and seek help early. It’s always better to be safe.

Sharing this could help someone you love recognise the signs sooner.

💓 AEDs Save Lives 💓

Sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere — and when it does, every second counts. That’s why AED defibrillators are so important. These incredible devices are designed to be used by everyday people and can quite literally mean the difference between life and death.

The good news? We’re fortunate to have many AEDs located throughout our community — in public spaces, sporting clubs, workplaces and community buildings. They’re there for all of us, when they’re needed most.

Knowing where your nearest AED is, and having the confidence to use it, could one day help save a life — maybe even someone you love.

💗 Let’s keep looking out for one another and supporting initiatives that make our communities safer for everyone.
