There’s something special about starting a Saturday morning with yoga beside the Murray River in Barham 🌿🧘‍♂️🧘🏻‍♀️

I (and my husband, Woolly) love joining Yoga in the Park with the wonderful Joanne Hearn — gentle movement, fresh river air, birds overhead and that beautiful sense of community connection.

Such a nourishing way to reset the nervous system and step into the weekend feeling grounded, open and calm.

Barham, we’re lucky to have this 💚
