The horse is ready to move. Which means we are ready to move and align with this universal energy.
Yoga is also back and we are ready to move, see you Wednesday 🧘‍♂️ 🐎 🎶

As we move into 1st February, something begins to shift.

Not suddenly.
Not dramatically.

But quietly — in the body.

The Snake has almost finished his work.
It asked you to shed, to soften, to let go of what had grown too tight. There's still a bit of time left ….

The Fire Horse doesn’t arrive to push you forward —
it arrives to return movement where it was lost.

You may notice it as restlessness.
A stirring in your belly.
A sense that staying still is no longer an option.

Not because you must do more —
but because life is ready to move again.

This isn’t about forcing change.
It’s about responding to readiness.

The body knows when the season has turned.

As February begins, ask yourself gently:
Where am I ready to move — even just one step?

The Fire Horse doesn’t ask for speed.
It asks for truth.

Yoga is back on tomorrow again. 9:30am class and 6pm night class.

I will have air conditioner on 🤪 obviously .

Am so sorry to cancel yoga tonight.

We had our Amy 🦘suddenly become sick this morning and was put to sleep just now.
In the kangaroo world these babes are known as heart breakers and their body shape resembling a tear.

I would take our babies out to their soon to be new home and tell them how they can live with us forever and be free and live like a kangaroo. Now they will be with us out there in spirit, which feels so much sh***er and not the (my) plan.

I just need a night to clear the tears, I’m ok, just sad that my plan wasn’t their plan.

Apologies you don’t want me blubbering away for you all in class 😫, things tend to bubble up in Savasana, which is the magic of yoga 🧘‍♀️

Back to yoga classes again after school holiday pause.
Was gifted a beautiful rain stick for sound meditations today. How very blessed we all are here to have the best little community.
