Am so sorry to cancel yoga tonight.

We had our Amy 🦘suddenly become sick this morning and was put to sleep just now.
In the kangaroo world these babes are known as heart breakers and their body shape resembling a tear.

I would take our babies out to their soon to be new home and tell them how they can live with us forever and be free and live like a kangaroo. Now they will be with us out there in spirit, which feels so much sh***er and not the (my) plan.

I just need a night to clear the tears, I’m ok, just sad that my plan wasn’t their plan.

Apologies you don’t want me blubbering away for you all in class 😫, things tend to bubble up in Savasana, which is the magic of yoga 🧘‍♀️

Back to yoga classes again after school holiday pause.
Was gifted a beautiful rain stick for sound meditations today. How very blessed we all are here to have the best little community.

Yes hint accepted, will hold a sound meditation again soon.

This rain stick has called in 30mls of rain for Friday 😂, your welcome 🙏😉

I know, I always say in yoga to try and avoid sitting (laying 🫣) on the lounge to help the hips.
Butttttt…. These babes need a love, so will break my rules.

Our family in the last two weeks have literally taken a break, the universe has given us enough in the last two weeks to last all of 2025 thanks.

Paul got shingles and is way worse than I ever thought this could be.
Our first love Joey Joelene broke her leg and we had it pinned. That’s why this photo is so horrid of me. I was crying for her and probably many other things actually.
Lilah got braces, making it the most expensive week for years.
Now all the girls have chicken pox, and need to juggle how to get Eve not to scratch.

Than in this time my dad passed away after many years of being unwell. Now he can finally rest and reunite will loved ones in heaven.

Given all this, I feel abit like you may all be better off not being around my energy till we clear this and will cancel yoga for this week and reunite back next Wednesday.
