Hi, my name is Skye McMillan I graduated at Southern Cross University in 2020 with a bachelor of Clinical Sciences and Masters in Osteopathic Medicine. As an osteopath I provide musculoskeletal and nervous systems assessments then use manual therapy, massage, osteopathic techniques and when required manipulation to assist in managing body pain. Osteopathy is a holistic approach to health that focuses on the neuro-musculoskeletal system - the bones, muscles, nerves and other tissues that support your body and control its movement. I am passionate in helping my patients improve their quality of life and manage pain, especially chronic pain with treatments, ergonomic advice and exercises.
