Every Summer for 13 years, a bunch of soul-full people come to the riverbank. We greet the sun and welcome the day from the deepest place of our hearts. Inviting to all ages and abilities, casual classes (no need to book) and open to all levels of Yoga experience.

- Happy Autumn Equinox -

Today marks our Southern Coast Equinox. It’s the time of the calendar wheel where the length of our day and night is equal.

It’s the moment where we celebrate the quiet balance between our light and dark.

These seasonal changes offer us opportunities to check in on where our humanness fits into it all. Nature is transitioning. So we are asked to follow her lead. You will notice Earth’s energy is moving downwards and inwards. Trees are dropping their leaves to the ground in order to feed into the soil. Today’s equinox asks us to contemplate our relationship with balance. And to consider what we too can drop into the compost of our journey.

Tomorrow’s dawn brings the gentle shift into our longer nights. With the ground so dry and the light moving away, we are reminded of the impermanence of Life itself.

It’s time to let go of the excess,
it’s time to shed.

So get ready to get out of the skin that doesn’t fit you anymore. Anything that is too small, too big, or just doesn’t make you feel like a rockstar,

Get ready to take it off.
Be bold enough to get out of it.

Trust that what’s coming for you is nothing short of fabulous. Let yourself be held by Nature herself.

Her colour palate to dress you in is divine.

Ok peeps,

Our March full moon is about to shine. This One’s aligning with our Virgo crew AND she’ll be eclipsed in the wee hours of tomorrow morning.

Tonight our Moon offers a gentle gesture to park up and step away from the inner critic. The perfectionist the control freak and the over thinker in you are kinda being asked in vibration to f**k off.

Eclipses are powerful times to release what’s not serving you right now. So if shadow Virgo energy runs deep within you, cut yourself a little slack.

Remember, if it doesn’t align with your higher values and how you want Life to feel, it’s not for you. Let it go.

So tonight. Find the Earth within you.
Get onto it in bare feet.
Stand loud and proud.

Happy New Moon peeps.

Yep, she’s in Pisces. So the vibe is kinda dreamy. Sleep may be pretty wacko and thoughts really vivid. Intuitive gut forces are strong and today, they won’t want to be denied.

All this means you maybe feeling:

- spacey
- foggy
- emotional
- tired
- asking too many big questions

Or. Let’s flip it and You are allowing:
- room for intuition
- thinner veils between the realms
- being real
- trusting yourself to unravel
- asking the questions we collectively need

Our Autumn retreat is more than a sleepover with a yoga sesh or 2
