If anyone has a teen daughter and would like to provide a special rite of passage experience for her, I highly recommend this 5 day Mother Daughter Retreat. I took my own daughter (who was 11 at the time) and we both felt so connected after the experience - both to each other and to our own inner wisdom. This will be final retreat for 2023, as Andrea is booked out with other projects for the remainder of the year.

I hope you have all had a gentle and generous start to 2023, I spent some time down in Denmark and enjoyed connecting with the wood and water elements though walking through the majestic forests and along the stunning beaches.

Wu tao classes will be now held on Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm -7.30pm at the Alf Faulkner Hall in Eden Hill, beginning 7th February. Beginner and Regular dancers most welcome!

Throughout October I am offering free Wu Tao sessions to celebrate the 5 elements during Spring time. From 9-10am at Riverside Gardens in Bayswater near the Sea scout hall, we'll dance barefoot to tune in to the healing frequencies of the river, sun, earth, she-oaks and gentle breeze. So please join me on the following Sundays...wear comfortable clothing and bring a drink bottle.

Join me for the final Soul Food session, where we explore simple rituals for cleansing and charging water.
