If you have a student studying for their HSC remind them to:
✔ Set up their study area with a neutral posture in mind (think supportive chair and adequate desk height)
✔ Take regular breaks from their desk/ computer/ books
✔Take a walk or spend some time in nature
✔ Keep in contact with friends
✔ Don't sit for longer than 2hours without moving
✔ Stretch neck, shoulders and back after study
