Last night I took the staff and volunteers through a healing session on Sunset Beach in the Maldives. I’m volunteering my time to help injured sea turtles at the Atoll Marine Centre.
We took in the enegy from the setting sun and rising moon to clear our chakras. Then in a medicine wheel I took them through some Kinesiology and Brain Gym movements.
