As I sit and contemplate thoughts & feelings others have shared, I note the feelings that sit with me and those that are no longer triggered.
I note the total void of anxiety that surfaced for so many years that came with having to fix everyone as a sense of being in control of my own life and now my heart ❤️ becomes full of love as I listen and allow the release for them to unfold.
I not the sounds in my ears as the more live I send to them allows beautiful tones in my ears.
I note the void of numbness that came with anxiety is now replaced with a delightful tingling sensation and the basis on my body register that all is as it should be.
I look back and see the old firecracker who dressed and lived up to her label to a woman who lives labelless and free.
What a gift it is to no longer push down or across feelings or thoughts and to experience the feelings as waves of growth.
The woman I was is unrecognisable to the woman I am today.
I lived judging every part of myself through perceived judgement of others. (What will they think)
I was so busy I was pushing away happiness and avoiding feelings that I perceived as bad.
Now I am a woman who recognises that the only opinion of self that truly matters is the one we have of ourself.
Authentic happiness is not about being positive as it is recognising feelings no matter what they are and acknowledging them, yet knowing happiness can exist in the same moment and space.
The secret to true happiness is true surrender. Surrender to feelings and events knowing that through Gratitude of everything nothing is out of our reach because the universe wants us to experience and have it all.
Every rejection protects us from being out of alignment with our highest good. Every triumph is growth along that same path.
There can not be growth with out failure just as there cannot be light with our darkness or good with our evil.
We are our own counter balance and in recognising this our own life pendulum swings less dramatically and allows us to shine.
You are the light of your soul!
