It’s Invisible Disabilities Week! Many people live with conditions that aren’t visible, like chronic pain, anxiety, autism, or hearing difficulties, and these can make everyday life a real challenge.

Did you know - the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is a discreet symbol that lets people signal they may need extra support, patience, or understanding in public spaces. By recognising the sunflower, we can create a more inclusive and compassionate community. 💛🌻

It’s Speech Pathology Week 2025! 💬

Did you know over 1.2 million Australians live with communication needs?

This year’s theme, “Impact Through Communication”, celebrates the difference speech pathologists make, from helping kids find their voice, to empowering adults to share their ideas independently.

We are so grateful to all our own amazing speech pathologists and those who work across Australia. You can watch some of their incredible stories of impact here:

A heartfelt thank you to the amazing students at Meriden School, NSW for raising an impressive $1,726.90 through their recent fundraiser in support of Kids Are Kids!

Perhaps even more inspiring was the way the House Leaders raised awareness about neurodiversity within the school through interactive sessions and discussions.

Thank you for helping us build a more inclusive world for all children.
