Jess has loved Queen for years, so seeing her standing beside Freddie in matching outfits made this moment even more special.

Azuraa Pty Ltd is currently seeking experienced and passionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in the Batemans Bay and Eurobodalla region.

This role involves supporting participants with:
✔ Community engagement
✔ Personal care and self-care activities
✔ Daily living and skill development
✔ Building independence and confidence

We are looking for workers who:
✔ Have experience supporting participants with complex needs
✔ Are confident with personal care / self-care supports
✔ Are reliable, professional, and person-centred
✔ Can think outside the box and engage meaningfully with participants

At Azuraa, we do things differently.
We are not just a support service, we are a high-intensity, prevention-focused team that values initiative, connection, and real outcomes for participants.

Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (if applicable)
Current First Aid & CPR
Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Experience in disability support (preferred)
