Ear saver are a great item for prolonged wearing of masks during these times. These come in 3 sizes (Small, Medium, Large) but i have found the small is usually the size most people need. They are all adjustable and you may just see overlap if you get the wrong size.

I am giving these away for free for all medical and health care workers. If you're not local i am happy to post with the only cost being is the cost of postage.
