Many people often experience pain from sitting all day, particularly when working in an office environment. It's important to change positions throughout the day to avoid aches and pains.

The most common soreness is lower back or neck pain, which occurs when sitting down with a strained or weak posture.

Optimum Health Solutions remains open during these current Sydney lockdowns.

- All 1 to 1 face to sessions will be conducted as per usual
- Telehealth sessions are available for everyone who chooses this option
- Our exercise physiology sessions where in 4-1 capacity will be moved outdoors where possible.

You will be contacted by your practitioner / clinic the dates before to ensure that you are both on same page with how your session will be administered.

The strictest COVID safe policy will be implemented.
If you have any symptoms, you are advised to stay at home and move your session to Telehealth.

Keep safe. But we are here to make sure your health doesn’t deteriorate.
