I’m so happy to share that Coastal Remedial Massage has found a new home with the very wonderful Tidal Physiotherapy & Pilates - a match made in beachy heaven!

Remedial, relaxation and postpartum massages all available to book, and health fund rebates of course still applicable for remedial treatments. We’re starting slow with just a few days a month, so make sure you book in quick. If you’re looking for recurring sessions, I’m happy to organise this for you too so you don’t miss out each month 🧡

As much as I loved the home studio, a toddler and a newborn, although in my opinion very cute, are not exactly conducive to a relaxing massage experience!

The time has come for me to surrender to rest, and spend some time lying down whilst I still can! I’m proud to say my last massage was just before 37 weeks, testament to how much I love this ‘work’.

I have a beautiful support system so whilst I’m happy to take some time away to settle in to life as a four, I look forward to opening up again, slowly, in a few months. I’ll be sending an email out to all my regulars with some wonderful options for treatments whilst I’m away, and you’ll all be the first to know when I’m back on board.

Thanks so much for all the continued support, it really means the world to me.

✨ It’s time to slow down ✨

Slight update to our timings going forward, whilst I still feel so energised and am absolutely loving every treatment provided, I also need to honour the work my body is doing.

I imagine from mid May I’ll need to make further changes, you’ll all be the first to know. I’m both so excited for the arrival of bub number two, whilst also a bit sad to take a break from you all - I appreciate everyone’s support so much 🧡

✨ SELF CARE ✨

Self care can often be seen as a bit of a buzz word these days, with a millions trends and fads all vying for your attention.

But the truth is, it’s always worth starting simple. Doing whatever you can in the precious spare time you have. It’s not rocket science really, hydration post massage is key - it helps to replenish fluids and support the body’s natural processes of removing metabolic waste. Rest if you’re able to, incorporate any stretches that have been advised and ultimately listen to your body. You know best 🧡

I thought it was about time I introduced myself properly, I’m Lilli (from Lilli Pilli), founder of Coastal Remedial Massage. My family have lived in the area since the 60’s and I feel so lucky to call it home now too. I’ve absolutely loved meeting so many of you recently, and helping people to feel better in their bodies.
