So proud of my friend and incredibly talented artist Josie Smith on the beautiful opening of her art exhibition Catharsis: Embers of Resilience.

Her work is deeply moving about loss, healing, and the quiet strength it takes to keep going. It’s a powerful reminder that even after devastation, something meaningful and beautiful can still emerge.

On top of that, 30% of all artwork and book sales will be donated to The Local Gatho, a grassroots initiative supporting the mental health & wellbeing of young people aged 15–25.

So much heart in this work. Congratulations Josie, you should be so proud👏🥰

What a fantastic day of sailing! ⛵️
Our crew on Far East 19 Red Dwarf snagged 2nd place at the Bhundoo Cup, led by our amazing skipper Jack Egan. Couldn’t have asked for a better team or better conditions.

Not bad for my first time sailing and first sailing competition! Feeling absolutely hooked already. ⚓️✨

We’re SO excited to be teaming up with the awesome Eurobodalla Shire Council Youth crew for an epic end-of-year youth event this Sunday, 14th December, 11am–2pm! 🎉🤩

Come down to Lions Park on Clyde Street Batemans Bay to celebrate summer with fun games and activities like kayaking, ice baths, art workshop, youth DJs, BBQ and more.

Get a free general admission ticket and you can enjoy:
• BBQ and sweet treats from dessert vans
• group art project
• try an ice bath
• music from Swell Records youth DJs
• games and crafts

PLUS get a free add-on ticket for:
• a kayak tour around the bay with Region X - starting at 11.30am
• OR a spot in a guided art workshop with Gwiyaala Aboriginal Art - starting at 11.30am

Bring sun protection and a water bottle, plus swimmers, towel and change of clothes if taking part in the kayak tour.

What a weekend! Had the absolute privilege of being part of the launch of The Hidden Line: Art of the Boyd Women at Bundanon and even more special to meet some of the incredible Boyd women. 💛

Being in Arthur Boyd’s studio, surrounded by so much history and creativity, was an unforgettable experience. Feeling inspired and grateful! 🙏
