Key responsibilities of a spa receptionist will include:

Greeting Guests: Providing a warm and welcoming first and last impression.
Answering Phones and Emails: Managing enquires and appointment scheduling.
Managing Bookings: Scheduling appointments for treatments and services.
Handling Payments: Processing transactions and sales of spa products.
Maintaining the Reception Area: Ensuring a clean and organized environment.
Providing Excellent Customer Service: Addressing guest needs and resolving any issues.
Cleaning all facilities: general washing and full premises cleaning.

Position currently Tuesday-Friday, must be available to work Thursday evening till 7pm & Saturdays (if required)
Beauty Salon/Day Spa experience preferred but not required.

• Cert 4 or Diploma

The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for:
• Providing a range of beauty treatments, including but not limited to: facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and massage therapy.
• Conducting thorough skin analyses and recommending appropriate treatments and products.
•Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Managing client bookings and maintaining accurate client records.
• Advising clients on skincare routines and recommending suitable products.
• Building and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Participating in marketing and promotional activities.
• Being able to work both independently and as part of a team.
