Our mission is to get more people moving to improve the quality and longevity of thier lives. We have group fitness studios, a fast fitness express circuit, a Cycle Room, Personal training and over 55 group exercise classes weekly including; HIIT, Boxing, Yoga, Stretching, Spin and other specialty classes. All of our trainers & Instructors are fully qualified and registered fitness professionals with years of knowledge and experience, many are qualified in nutrition and injury rehabilitation, We're sure one of our trainers can help you out with your health and fitness goals.

These classes are designed to be scalable from absolute beginners all the way up to advanced but involve less complex movements to help you develop technique, strength and build your fitness appropriately.

Improve fitness burn fat build strength then if your not ready to go home yet 5.30 is our 1/2 Hiit Bootcamp. Never been to a freestyle class nows your chance. Functional training to build muscle increase Vo2 and have fun whilst learning new moves.
