GLA:D Program intake

We’re excited to announce that Kinetic Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Team is organising the GLA:D (Good Life with osteoArthritis in Denmark) program for hips and knees, delivered by the expert Kinetic Health physio team at WeCare Health’s Rehab Radiance studio @ 355 Durham street, Bathurst.

✨ What is the GLA:D program?
It’s an evidence-based education and exercise program designed specifically for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis.
Backed by research, it focuses on reducing pain, improving joint function, and helping you stay active.
