** Anti-Wrinkle Injections**
Our treatment involves having a number of small injections in the treated areas. The process takes around twenty minutes. The needles used are extremely fine, and only a small volume is injected. We utilise wrinkle treatment in conjunc
tion with dermal fillers and laser resurfacing to soften lines and give you a refreshed, less tired appearance. After you receive a wrinkle treatment at Total Aesthetics by Dr Teo, the best compliment you could get would be “You look great, have you been on holiday?". The result of the treatment takes six to ten days to be noticeable and lasts around twelve to sixteen weeks (3- 4 months)
**Dermal Fillers**
Dermal fillers are smooth gel- like substances that instantly smooths away wrinkles in the face. They also provide architectural form to plump areas of the face that lost volume such as the cheeks and around the mouth. Total Aesthetics by Dr Teo use leading European dermal fillers. Dermal fillers contain a naturally occurring complex sugar in the skin which holds water, hydrates and provides volume and plumpness to your skin. Topical anaesthetic is used to improve comfort during treatment. The result of the treatment is immediate and lasts up to twelve months, which is longer than the industry average.
**Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)**
Platelet Rich Plasma ‘PRP' is a concentrate of platelets in a small amount of autologous plasma, obtained from the patient's own blood. PRP contains fundamental growth factors released by activated platelets to initiate the tissue regeneration process. Because all components of Plasma (PRP) are autologous, the risk of immunological reactions or contamination with transmissible diseases is eliminated. Preparing PRP is an easy, safe and quick process. Blood is collected from the patient in special tubes and is centrifuged 5-10 minutes. A patented gel within the tubes isolates PRP from red blood cells. PRP is then ready for its application, either alone or mixed with an activating component. Depending on the indication, it can be administered as: nappage or classic mesotherapy, intradermal injections for volumetric corrections and bio-stimulation of skin cells, cellular mask.

**Dermastamp**
Stimulate your skin to make your face - look visibly younger! Dermastamp is a new technology that uses very fine needles to stimulate the skin to produce collagen and elastin and help rejuvenate skin. This is unlike any heat based technology and the side effects are dramatically reduced and it is much safer for all skin types and colours. The Dermastamp is similar to a dermaroller, but it has 6 needles that oscillate and introduce thousands of painless needles per treatment. This procedure involves cleansing the skin and applying a topical anaesthetic for 30 minutes. The treatment can take from 1-1.5 hrs. The “downtime” or inflammation of the skin after the treatment fades significantly within hours after the procedure from a red to pinkish that can last 24 hours on average. In order to reduce the “downtime” we recommend topical serums to help hydrate the skin and zinc/sunscreen to protect the skin from the elements. The procedure will start to naturally regenerate the skin by building new skin cells and enhancing the blood supply to the face. It can take up to 6 weeks before visible signs of regeneration are seen, but many clients claim that their skin feels “more alive” as soon as a week after. You should avoid any skin care with “active” ingredients such as AHA’s, retinols (vitamin A) or anything acidic for a minimum of two days. One can have a dermastamp treatment every 4 weeks if requested/required and depending on the goal (e.g. skin rejuvenation, acne scarring, large pores, etc.) multiple treatments may be recommended. You will see results instantly. However collagen will grow from around the 6 week mark. Your skin will continue to improve over 6-12mths.
