Our first full week back is underway for 2026! 💥
We have lots in the pipeline for this year but to kick us off we wanted to shine light on our Mat Pilates classes! 🙏
Mat Pilates is my (Chloe) all time favourite class to teach and do!
Mat Pilates is great for you because it strengthens your body from the inside out, while also improving how you move and feel day to day
It’s gentle on the joints while still being challenging, making it ideal if you:
