SDA Vacancy - Brand New Robust Home

We are pleased to announce we currently have a vacancy in a newly built Robust SDA home in Kelso. The modern purpose-built space is designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for persons living with disability.

Thrive Bathurst is a NDIS provider built on strong community connections and genuine, person-centred values. Our approach places each individual at the heart of everything we do, ensuring supports are tailored to their goals, preferences, and needs. Suitable applicants:

Aged 18-30
Male or female
Eligible for SDA funding

📢 We’re Hiring – Part-Time Admin Support
Thrive Bathurst is on the lookout for an organised, reliable admin superstar to join our team 🙌
This is a part-time role (approx. 15 hours/week) with flexible hybrid work (home + office).
What you’ll need:
✔️ Strong skills in Excel, Google Docs & online systems
✔️ Advanced Canva skills (a must!)
✔️ Great organisation & time management
✔️ Ability to work independently
Requirements:
✔️ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔️ WWCC
✔️ First Aid
✔️ Understanding of the NDIS (highly desirable)
✔️ Knowledge of restrictive practices (desirable)
This role supports our day-to-day operations, so we’re looking for someone who can jump in, take initiative and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
💡 We’re looking for the right fit, so the role will stay open until we find the right person.

Today was all about slowing down and getting a little creative 🌸
We spent some time putting together beautiful flower arrangements, with everyone having the choice to gift them to someone special or keep them as a little treat for themselves. It was lovely to see the different styles come together and the thought that went into each one 💐
Moments like this aren’t just about the activity they’re about connection, creativity, and doing something that makes you feel good.
We hope these flowers brighten someone’s day, whether that’s a loved one… or yourself 🌼

2026 has kicked off with so much fun, growth and plenty of memorable moments already 🙌

And just like that… April marks 2 years of Thrive 💜🩵

What started as an idea has grown into something so special, and we truly couldn’t have done it without the incredible support from our community, families, and everyone who has backed us along the way — thank you, it never goes unnoticed.

But a huge thank you has to go to our staff. The heart of everything we do. Your dedication, care, flexibility and commitment to our participants is what makes Thrive what it is today. We are so lucky to have such an amazing team behind us.
