Kate’s down to earth approach living authentically includes an irreverent acknowledgement of living mindfully when we can’t be bothered, being compassionate when we feel righteous and choosing healthy food when you would like nothing better than to binge on peanut butter for a month! If you have ever heard yourself say “I’m not a very flexible person”, “ I’m not very good at yoga” or “ I’m hopeless at meditating” then her approach is perfect for you. Kate has been devoted to yoga for 20 years, holds a Diploma's in Ki Yoga, Pre and post-natal Hatha yoga and Level 1 Restorative yoga. Her continued love of yoga has led her to develop her own style blending influences to sequence classes that are inspiring, nourishing and strengthening.

Hello Yoga Friends,

I LOVE the change of season and the shift into SPRING. I have spent the Winter months in a deep sacred pause - practising loads of restorative and meditative yoga. Heavenly.

Spring is all about expansion, new beginnings and growth…..

Work the inner and outer lines of the body - harmonising, twisting and shedding the comfort cave of Winter.

I really encourage you to invest in the ten week term pass. It helps you
