This isn’t just a screen. It’s clarity.

Pelvic health symptoms can feel confusing—
leaking, heaviness, pain, disconnect…
and a lot of the time, you’re left guessing what’s actually going on.

Real-time ultrasound lets us see how your pelvic floor is working.

Not just strength—but coordination, relaxation, and how it responds to movement.

Because it’s not always about “doing more Kegels.”
Sometimes it’s about learning how to let go.
Sometimes it’s about timing, breath, or rebuilding confidence in your body.

This kind of assessment helps take the guesswork out of it—
so your rehab is tailored, specific, and actually effective.

If something doesn’t feel right, you don’t have to just live with it.
There are answers—and a way forward.

Most people think recovery is about doing more. It’s usually about doing the right things - consistently.

If you’re feeling stuck, it’s often not a motivation issue… it’s a direction issue. Get the basics right, and everything else gets easier.

Not sure where to start? That’s what we’re here for.

What you don’t always see, the work doesn’t stop when the clinic closes.

Behind every appointment is hours of ongoing learning, study, and skill development.
Our team is constantly investing in continuing education to make sure you’re getting the most up-to-date, evidence-based care.

Bingo… but make it concerning 👀

If you’re mentally ticking off half this board right now, your body might be trying to tell you something.

Hint: it’s not “keep going and hope for the best”

This is how we take the guesswork out of your rehab.

The AxIT system allows us to measure your strength, stability, and imbalances with real data - so we’re not just relying on how things “feel.”

It means more targeted treatment, better progress tracking, and confidence that you’re actually improving.

Most cycling injuries don’t come from one big ride - they come from the small things you ignore over and over again.

A slight knee ni**le.
A bit of numbness.
Tight hips that never quite loosen up.

Over distance, those things add up. If you’re riding long, your body needs more than just time in the saddle. It needs support, strength, and recovery to keep you going.

Save this for your next ride - and actually use it.

Kobe is part of Bathurst Physio's Talented Athlete Pathway and has been working with our Physiotherapist, Charlie for many months on his athletic development.

Servicing local individual talent is an important part of giving back to the community and bridging the gap in regional areas to high quality athletic testing, injury prevention and performance programming.

Kobe is a national-level athlete and represents Bathurst and NSW in 100m, 200m, Triple Jump and Long Jump. Despite Kobe's already outstanding physical conditioning, he is still able to see strength and power gains with programming driven by our AxIT system assessments.

This system allows Charlie to be as detailed as possible with developing rehab and performance programming systems for Kobe to ensure he performs week on week.

Here are a few highlights of Kobe's strength performance testing before his nationals competition in 2 weeks.

Goodluck, Kobe!

Huge congratulations to our physiotherapist Christian on completing Ironman New Zealand 👏🏻

An incredible achievement that reflects months of hard work, discipline, and dedication. Taking on a 3.8km swim, 180km ride, and a full 42.2km marathon is no small feat.

With footy season kicking off, here’s what you need to know about concussion 👇
“Just rest” isn’t enough for concussion recovery.

The first few days matter - and it’s all about balance.
Not too much. Not too little.

Get it right, and you support recovery.
Get it wrong, and symptoms can linger.

Save this for later or share it with someone who needs it.
And if you’re unsure where to start, a physio can help guide you 🧠

Many people feel dizzy, lightheaded, or exhausted when they stand up — but for some, it’s more than just “getting up too quickly.”

Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) is a condition that affects the autonomic nervous system and can cause symptoms like rapid heart rate, dizziness, fatigue, brain fog, and exercise intolerance when moving from lying or sitting to standing.

Because symptoms can vary widely, POTS is often misunderstood or missed for years.

If these symptoms sounds like yours we can help. Contact us for an assessment.
