This past year was unmistakably a year of firsts, growth, transition, memory and inspiration. Turning 50, travelling, cruising and much much more.
Allowing me to step a little deeper into the philosophy of life, our world and the people we share this Earth with.
Healing and transformation usually happen when we're not looking 🙏
While I'm not sure what this coming year will bring.. I invite you to always remember I am there for all those who need it.. to sit and remember 💛💛

Out the front of my place is a gigantic Rosemary bush.
Currently in full flower and covered in happy bees 🐝 😊
Rosemary is perfect in cooking and teas.. makes a great hair rinse and infused oil.
It can be dried and hung inside for protection and spiritual clarity. In the car for clarity and protection. As a pin for memory and remembrance.
Traditionally used for, memory, focus, remembrance, insight, guidance, protection, purification, fidelity and love, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, aids circulation, improves digestion.
A plant everyone needs by the front door.

Yesterday I had the most interesting conversation with a customer at work..
Not only did we discuss product.. but she commented on my Dragonfly necklace, which led to the topic of Spirit 🪶
More specifically.. Signs from Spirit.
A happy sharing about our experiences where we have had signs that could be interpreted as a message from a passed loved one.. a sign they are ok.. a message that they are with us.. and comfort during the tough times 🙏
A gentle reminder that love and energy never dies.. it is just transformed from this world to the next 💜
