Who you gonna call?

In Australia, dialling 112 from a mobile phone connects you to the Triple Zero (000) emergency service. This is the international standard emergency number and works on digital mobile phones even without a SIM card or credit, as long as there's mobile network coverage from any provider. When you call 112, an operator will ask you which service you require (Police, Fire, or Ambulance) and transfer your call to the correct emergency service organisation
