Healing is aligning ourselves with our truth, light, love.. our essence, our soul.. our highest path, that path that calls, the intuitive path, our heart desires.. boldly bringing that into earthy form partnered with a lifetime of letting go 🔥

Feeling blessed with an inflow of big bright next chapter goodness, expanding abundance & new opportunities.. plus I’ve felt so seen as many of you supported me in sharing your feedback for my healing work. It feels like I’ve ever so slowly (like my entire life) strived to land in this now moment! That hasn’t been an easy walk & I’m very much still walking, not sure we stop walking, but I want you to know the work I engage with you, is a pathway I am walking myself. I’ve recently been building up my google profile to assist folk in finding me when they google search for healing, readings, massage & gut health support. I want to have many doors open so the people who are in alignment with me & my offerings land in a session with me. Today I made some milk kefir cheese plus opened these ferments which have been transforming into probiotic gut healing power houses on my kitchen bench for the past 6 weeks. I love to allow a long time frame for my vege creations for a more complex microbial development plus also more richer & sour flavours 😍

Photo’d here is an absolutely delicious batch of Sauerkraut with heaps of Fresh Turmeric, Organic Orange, fresh Fennel, Peppercorns & Garam Masala! OMG this is truly an amazing batch! Delish! 🔥

Then my version of wasabi paste.. simply heaps of local dug Fresh Horseradish Root long fermented & then blended into a paste simply with enough brine to make a paste consistency.. plus a spoon of wheatgrass powder, for the green colour 💚 I LOVE this & have made this for a few years now, literally purchasing as much horseradish as I can afford in the moment I find it 😂 oh it’s so worth it.. mixed with my homemade MCT mayo, DIVINE! ⭐

My milk kefir I just set up to make another batch of delicious soft white probiotic cheese using lovely Elgar milk.. because i don’t have my own cow right now 😂 (for that kind of milk) which is always going to be my personal preference, just saying, so Elgar is great for now, thank you 🙏

Quite winter solo adventuring up the mountain… so peaceful, refreshing & very recalibrating 🌟 Just like I never regret a cold ocean swim, I also never regret a wander up the mountain.. or any other nature time.. those benefits are so real 🙏

Nature is part of my everyday & I’ve really found my sweet spot 👏 offering just a handful of in-person sessions, only one a day, a few days a week... real balance & solid time for all the things that are my priorities, & I have found many priorities!

This does mean however that my availability for in-person sessions are continuing to book well ahead & in advance.. with July & August both already heavily booked.. 😬 which of course has me feeling very grateful.. Thank You!

I often say ‘just do you’ & this is absolutely how I live my life 🥰 I often hear folk mention all the stuff going on in the world.. which just highlights for me personally, how I honestly wouldn’t know.. I’ve been unplugged for years & even as far back as my teenage years recall my mother being so frustrated with me that I simple wouldn’t keep track at all. Media as a whole didn’t resonate & I was busy riding my bike to nature walks, op shops, markets & art school.. & yeah I biked as I didn’t want a car.. 😂 life in the slow lane made sense to me & felt wonderful. But what if there’s an emergency she would say? ...Well dear mother there’s been many emergency’s & I’ve managed them all, multiple major cyclones, flood & tsunami warnings, bush fires etc all on my own & often with little kids, without the media as my savour. 🌟

Life makes sense to me when I’m solely focused & grounded, spending my energy blossoming in my own life.. I’m pretty certain thats what we are here to do! 🤷‍♀️Don't you want to be a big bright solid version of you, a gift to others, when you bump up against them in this game of your life?? Well you better do you then.

Recently I’m pulling back from the little time I spend on socials. I don’t sit there scrolling or if I do, it always feels too much.. 🤮 More often for me something of value (or hilarious) is right there when I’m checking my social portals to reply to messages, & this morning this beauty appeared, which resonates so deeply so I wanted to share. Also this doesn’t mean I’m ‘really busy’.. I honestly see no value in that 🤷‍♀️as I am devoted to walking my talk. The healing work I offer to you, is simply a natural consequence of my own healing and continued health journey and it always comes first. I am a healer who offers 1x session a day, just a few days a week 🔥

Balance is such an important key, it has taken me my whole life to get to this point, requiring a whole lot of devoted healing - authentic alignment across all levels of who we are - basically a lot of letting go & rearranging all the things we thought we should do.. plus a solid dose of creativity! 😂

Eventually we all land in our own shoes, living life our way.. because all the control, pressure and expectations this matrix offers simply pushes us towards letting go in some way or another, even if we hang on till the 11th hour & break down 😔

Anything other than balance, sovereignty, whole-being healing and living our hearts desire is unsustainable in the long term. Eventually we let go, heal and recreate our life the way we know is for us 🥰
