6 years ago Dave and I took a big leap of faith and opened the doors to our practice in Currumbin ♥️
I won’t say it was easy, but it is truly the most exciting, expanding and rewarding thing we have done ✅ I have given up more than I thought I could to get here, and gained it all back ten fold.

I found a list of the attributes I wanted my practice to have, written in 2014, tucked away in a notebook. It’s a big thing to realise what you have today is what you wished for 🫶

So appreciative of all of my friends and community members who helped me get here ♥️

Connection, learning and fun are some of highest values, and this weekend gave all of that to me in spades. To remain inspired and in love with what you do, you need to deliberately cultivate and nurture that. I can’t imagine my life without some of these people and these events in it. 🙏🫶♥️

Such a good feeling seeing the blue skies again ☀️
We have consistently noticed that after a prolonged period of excitement and stress, such as we experienced last week, that our nervous system can become heightened, making us more reactive physically and mentally!

You may notice that the feeling of adrenaline isn’t fading, you might notice headaches, tight shoulders, poor sleep, or even feeling a little flat. This is your nervous system processing everything it’s been through.

Since reopening last week, we have been in hand to release that built-up tension, supporting your body’s ability to reset and recharge. If you’re feeling out of balance after the storm, we’re here to help.

This week our sweet sassy girl turned 6 ❤️ We adopted her when we had just opened Evolve, and from that moment she took over our lives! She has bought endless joy and comfort to not just myself but to all of the team and practice members at Evolve 💓

I honestly couldn’t imagine life without her by my side 🐶🐕💓
