Meet Sally – Our Passionate Support Coordinator! 💙

Sally brings a wealth of experience in employment coaching and support coordination, with specialised training in Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS). Her journey began after moving to Australia from Kenya at 19, driven by a desire to make a real difference. After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Community Services, Sally transitioned from Employment Coaching into the NDIS sector, where she continues to empower participants every day.

Her mission is helping people achieve their goals and creating meaningful change in their lives.

Meet Jason – Our Dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner! 🧠
Jason brings a strong foundation in psychology, holding a Bachelor of Psychology and Cognitive Brain Science, along with three years of experience in childcare. Passionate about applying psychological theory to empower communities, Jason is eager to make a positive impact and gain hands-on experience as he works toward a future career as a Clinical Psychologist.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys reading non-fiction, bushwalking, trying new restaurants, playing guitar, and spending quality time with his pets.

What a night to remember!🎄A couple weeks ago, Interaction hosted our annual Participant Christmas Party, bringing together participants, families, and carers from across our services: Accommodation, Behaviour & Allied Health Support, Community Access & Self Care, and Support Coordination.

The evening was packed with dancing, music, photobooth snaps, and plenty of laughs. It was amazing to see everyone connecting and celebrating, and guess what? People are already asking about next year’s party!

Here’s to making memories and spreading joy! ✨
