MONDAY MOTIVATION

Remember…
Improving your fitness, strength, well-being and being “healthy” isn’t your final destination, it isn’t your final outcome..

To be “healthy” you need to change your mindset and turn your goals into being a part of your lifestyle…a routine that needs to be continual and on-going in life.

“Health” starts with your mindset 🧠 💪🏼

Quinn was diagnosed with a blood disorder called haemophilia which impacts the ability for blood to coagulate.

Quinn came to road to recovery for assistance in building strength & muscle mass to provide protection for his body. Quinn has since gained 15 kg of lean muscle 💪🏼

Keep up the great work, Quinn!
