I have a primary school teaching degree and two young boys myself, so understand the parenting struggles. I also understand the changes that occur in relationships when tryi

ng to have children and having children. I love being a psychotherapist and am passionate about helping any and all clients who walk through my door and into my life. I practice Process Oriented Psychology and also Sandplay therapy (yes, for adults, usually my most eager clients to explore their answers in the sand are adults). I work with clients who don't have kids, who are trying to have kids, who have kids and who are empty nesters. Clients who are simply coming for reassurance on a decision they are trying to make, to clients with PND, PTSD, marriage/relationship problems, families wanting individualised support and children with separation anxiety, exposed to parental distress, low self-esteem, eating disorders and much more. I started Thrive: Children, Parents and Families, so as to provide the highest level of mental health care I can to my community. Starting Thrive in return has given me a greater sense of myself, it has made me a better mum and wife...I have my current and future clients to thank for this. So thank you.
