2026, what does it hold for you

It’s time to reflect and decide how 2026 is going to pan out for you. In 2025 you’ve learned, you’ve shone, you’ve cried and you’ve laughed, you’ve had moments that were wonderful.
Life is made up of those moments ‘don’t forget that’.

You have three things to consider, what you will “no longer do” , what you will “begin” doing and what you will “keep on” doing.

This is your road map, your path forward to an amazing 2026

2026. A year that hasn’t met you yet ✨
Before you rush forward, pause. Not to judge the year that’s been, but to understand it.
In 2025 you lived. Fully. You learned things you didn’t expect to learn. You shone in ways you may have overlooked. You cried when life asked more of you than you thought you could give. You laughed, sometimes in spite of everything.
Life is made up of moments and those moments matter. All of them. Life is not the highlight reel. It is the collection of ordinary, painful, joyful moments stitched together, and they shaped you more than you realise. 🧠❤️
Now comes the powerful part.

2026 doesn’t arrive fully formed
It responds to the choices you make now.
Think of the year ahead not as something that happens to you, but something you participate in. A co creation between your intentions, your habits, and the grace you give yourself when things wobble.

What will you no longer do?

What have you been postponing until you feel ready, confident, or certain? What small, brave action could you begin, even imperfectly?
Starting does not require clarity. It requires movement. Momentum follows. 🌱

What will you keep on doing?
What nourishes you, steadies you, and brings you back to yourself? What practices, people, or perspectives helped you survive and grow in 2025?
Keeping on track is honouring your resilience. It’s acknowledging that some things are already working, even if quietly. 🌊

This is your roadmap
Not rigid. Not demanding. But intentional.

2026 holds possibility, not promises. Growth, not perfection. Moments you can’t yet imagine, and strength you already carry.

Walk into the year awake to your choices, gentle with your humanness, and curious about what unfolds.
