Mind Management and Counselling

Mind Management and Counselling Adrian Spear offers help with anger, stress, anxiety and depression, with over 20 years’ experience in counselling coaching and matrix therapies.

Face to face, mentoring and online sessions available for men, women, youth and couples. Adrian has studied the mind's influence on the body, relationships, and life for 20 years. He has created programs to help clients improve calmness, resilience, relationships, performance, and happiness. Adrian has always been fascinated by the mind's workings and how it influences success or despair. He started attending 10-day Vipassana meditation retreats to explore further. Now, he meditates daily, studies human behaviour extensively, and attends a 10-day retreat annually. Adrian has a thirst for psychology, mindfulness, relaxation, meditation techniques, emotion control, neuroscience, quantum physics, and shamanistic healing. Adrian obtained his Diploma in Counselling (CHC51015). Noticing more clients with anger issues, he quickly helped them manage their stress. Adrian then specialized in anger and stress management. Adrian recognized society's struggles with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. He has adapted his business to help more people cope with these pressures. In any relationship, constant giving without boundaries can create an unintended cycle. When you always say 'yes,' others may begin to expect it as the standard. Healthy connections require a balance of give and take.
Remember, setting boundaries isn't selfish, it's necessary for mutual respect and long-term harmony.
