What do you know about cupping??
Yes it looks like this picture, but do you know why it's beneficial?
Cupping can alleviate muscle tension, sporting injuries and stimulates the nervous system. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles and encourage blood flow. The darker the colour the more problematic that area is. Cupping is discussed before treatment and only applied if consent is given.

Do you foam roll? -- Self massage can aid in between treatments and all you need is a few simple tools.

A foam rollers is an easy option and can be used for years.

A spiky ball can go deeper and can be used well for specific trigger points.

The massage stick is another option which is great for getting into the longer muscles like quads, hamstring and calfs.

There is no one size fits all approach to injury recovery! Along your journey a lot of mistakes can occur.

There's no sense applying a solution if you don't know the problem, that might make things worse or allow the problem to resurface. It is always important to seek the advice of a professional. And yes, you need to train and do rehabilitative exercise, but don't make the mistake of doing as much as you can in attempt to recover as fast as possible and progress at lightning speed.
