Shedding comes in all forms.
This weekend was planned for some quality girl time and connecting with new like-minded ladies.
My body and the end of the year off the 🐍 had different plans for me.
Food poisoning.. my own fault.. getting toooo busy.. missing my own cues .. a heavy reminder to be more focused and present in each moment to move through days with clarity, conviction and purpose ..
So SHED I did.. not planned, not convenient not pleasant 😒
But thankful for the slap in my face reminder..
Disclosure: Jara certainly loved the two days of floor naps and cuddles and binge watching/sleeping of Emily in Paris 🤣..

So I did a thing.. these beauties arrived a couple of months ago.. Elfen Chakra Chimes for Harmonic Healing.. HH has a positive physical, emotional and energetic impact on the body and mind.
